  2. Have a salad before lunch
  3.Have a salad before dinner (put a 2 tablespoons of corn in this salad)
    "The purpose of the corn is so we can judge your transit time of digestion"

Do not eat 1/2 hour before your appointment

Many new people call each day to fit in to another's cancelled appointment, and this seems to work when your need is sooner.
